CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, BUYER LOYALTY & THE INFLUENCES OF SERVICE QUALITY IN HOTEL SERVICES: THE CASE OF THREE SUPERSTAR HOTELS IN DA NANG VIETNAM *** ABSTRACT At present, " services qualityвЂќ can be mentioned a lot when hoteliers and entrepreneurs discuss about how precisely to improve a hotel's competition capabilities. Many researchers determine that client use five dimensions to judge service top quality of a motel вЂ“ tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, sympathy. The space between expected and perceived service is a measure of support quality. The fact that resorts and places are thriving in Vietnam results in a rigorous competition between hoteliers. Thus, there is no better way to capture and keep customers than to deliver a fantastic service quality. Taking three or more star accommodations in De uma Nang as a case study, this paper focuses on analyzing the consequences of 5 pointed out dimensions that affect client satisfaction and consumer loyalty. The information, collected via 113 questionnaires, was assessed by statistic methods (hypothesis test, regression), measuring support quality version (SERVQUAL) and tools (SPSS). The benefits show that dimensions of hotel services quality including tangibility, assurance and empathy significantly predict customer satisfaction and loyalty. Particularly, among the dimension of support quality, the most important predictor of customer satisfaction is empathy.
