Person: A Disease towards the World

Through history, the actions of man have been marked like a menace to society. For hundreds of years, he has numerously played a key position to several functions of battle, murder, racism and genocide. These activities all help the idea of gentleman as the main one factor that hinders our human population by living in a perfect world. Although man is going to continue to display his natural evil, he will never have the ability to overcome the lining beauty of nature. The wise German born philosopher Friedrich Nietzche went on and explained " The world is amazing, but includes a disease called man. ” In William Golding's God of the Lures, a group of young boys endure a plane crash and be stranded by using an empty isle. Their attempt at civilization quickly fails, and leads to death and savagery. In Golding's novel, the realization of man's can to sin is shown through the eradicating of Claire, the Christ figure that maintains the sense of civilization and order on the island, and the intense murder with the pig.

In the first place, the inhumanity of the young boys is displayed through the eliminating of Claire. Simon presents the exceptional, truly great people on the globe, the ones that are civilized and turn away from physical violence. While the young boys are concerned about what to do with the so-called beast on st. kitts, Simon the critical stage. Simon difficulties the claims about the beast, describing " The reason is... could be it's simply us” (89). Unlike the other boys who also see the beast as another force, Claire sees this as a component of human nature. Although Simon is laughed at by the other folks for his suggestion, his words will be directly tied with Nietzche's point that innate individual evil exists. However , when the boys resort to the works of nasty, all initiatives to maintain peace and order on the island are destroyed.
