Businesses increasingly count on team- structured arrangements about gain competitive advantage and improve the experience of work for their employees (Guzz& shea, 1992; Thompson, 2004). Groups can make a division of labor, gathering information and concepts, intense co-operationВ between heВ individuals and brainstorming. A group is several people who interact to achieve all their goals, which mean not every gathering of individuals is a group (Grorge, & Jones, 2012). The most important issue for a group is to obtain its desired goals. There are many factors affect the capability of group to achieve their goals including personal feature, knowledge and experience, inaction, collaboration, plan for goals, leader, culture, romance of people, identify, desired goals, communication inside group, structure, cohesion and team nature etcetera. Which usually element(s) is a effective 1 for an impact team to obtain its goals? To indentify the most important factors we should take account towards the group's strategy, function, and goals aside from the concept of group effectiveness have mentioned above. From my point of view, the leader, personality trait, and individual satisfaction are the most critical elements to get an effective group.
