Market leaders are essential for the firm to be successful: a leader evolves, innovates, encourages trust, focuses on people and it is turned toward future. A lot of theory talks about the traits of the successful head, about his behaviours and so forth.. and differentiates several types of leaders. My spouse and i work as an item line administrator (PLM) for Adidas, in charge of the advertising of the basketball goods, more precisely on the French market. Throughout this kind of essay, Items first introduce my company briefly, in that case I'll talk about the skills and qualities instructed to be a product line manager earning a living for Adidas and the ones belonging to a charismatic leader by summarising and examining what the theory says, and finally I'll try to compare and to contrast this theory while using practice.
