Ton Stories Comparison
While most individuals have heard about the Hebrew avalanche story with Noah fantastic Arc, many do not know that we now have two other flood tales in other civilizations that are much the same in mother nature. All of these flood stories have strikingly comparable plots with regards to a god that is angry and wipes away everyone in a flood, besides a few blessed survivors who also escape through some sort of boat. These two other tales are the Sumerian and Ancient greek flood reports, and the similarities these testimonies share can be shocking.

The Hebrew flood story is very similar to this. God is usually angry with this story mainly because his folks are wicked (Genesis 6-9). Our god punishes man by mailing out a flood to kill every living things. Nevertheless , God will save Noah great family. He tells Noah to build a great ark, and that he must deliver two of every animal on-ship with him. It proceeded to rainwater for fourty days and forty times. After the rainfall stopped, Noah sent a dove out to see if it had been still rainy. The dove would return, as it wasn't able to find a dried out place to land. After sending it out often times, the ove finally did not come back and it was dried out. God then told Noah's sons to get fertile and also to reproduce, and from them humanity branched away.
